In his book, ” Who Moved my Cheese” Author, Dr.spencer Johnson. Narrated a very instructive story, on how various individuals react to change in their lives and how we can manage Change more effectively.

Change is inevitable, and we are all going to face it at some point in our lives.

The biggest question however, is the response and the approach on which we choose to handle it.
Spencer’s advice, is centrally based on approaching Change with an optimistic mind-set, knowing that everything we have is temporary.

He teaches us to be flexible with life and to never get complacent with were we are or what we have accomplished.
He trys to remind us that, There is always something better than what we are currently experiencing right now, Infact if we do all we are capable of doing, we will literally amaze ourselves.

my questions for you. Right now, is why settle for less. When you where created to accomplish more.? What would you do differently today! if you were not afraid?

The book of Philippians 3:13- 14, has this to say; Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before,

Note, he said forgetting those things which are behind, this means, past failures, past mistakes, old ways of doing things, what don’t work in the past and reaching forth to those things which are before, this means, new possibilities, new approaches, new mindset, never settling for less.

Never let the fear of change hinder you from going to where you would of succeeded, instead let it drive you to discover new territories and opportunities for your journey! You are capable of more! Don’t settle!
